  1. everytime i edit the database using toolbox when i use nmj in category view many of the letters disappear until i do a update scan in nmj which then corrects it.

    1. Your index table is a bit messed up. Select Actions->Edit Indices
Make sure there is a line covering every alphabetic letter and make sure there is only one for each letter (the nmj manager sometimes screws this up).

Once the above is fixed, OK out of that window and select Utilities->Rebuild Index.

That should sort your issues out once and for all.

  2. Hi there… thank you for the tool. Sometimes I get a prompt during bulk actions, although I have surpressed this in the settings. E.g. “Malformed return data” (or similar, can’t remember the full text)

  3. Exact text is: “TMDB returned a malformed record set, no information updated.” During the Bulk action “Update all movies from TMDB”
Please fix and show the exceptions at the end of the process… THX

    1. The message is reporting exactly what is happening, there is nothing to fix. The data returned is not valid so cannot be processed. Telling me the movie(s) – ie the exact filenames that it returns this error on would help me test it out and give you more information on why the error is being generated.
